Life Enrichment Tele-Classes

Are you interested in learning how to increase your communication skills?  Maybe you have trouble sticking up for yourself in certain situations, or perhaps you’d like to improve your ability to communicate your ideas clearly and confidently. 

If so, then you will want to know about the Life Enrichment Tele-Classes offered through Connections Wellness Center. These classes are conducted over the telephone so you can learn and participate from the privacy of your home or office. Typically the classes are an hour long and they are packed full of information related to improving your communication in relationships.
